If a shipment is refused by the receiver or returned without authorization, ShopMilli has sole discretion whether to grant a full or partial refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded for any refused shipments or unauthorized returns. The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
